TERMS OF SALE - CUBICLE COUTURE PRODUCTS

Welcome to EmmeLuxe.com! These Terms of Sale apply specifically to our Cubicle Couture collection, which includes print-on-demand (POD) products such as stylish desk mats, mouse pads, and mugs. By purchasing these products, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. ORDER FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING

  • All Cubicle Couture products are produced and fulfilled by a third-party print-on-demand service partner.

  • Orders are processed and shipped directly from our print-on-demand partner’s network of print providers.

  • Production times vary depending on the product and print provider but generally range from 2-7 business days before shipping.

  • Shipping times depend on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery dates will be provided at checkout.

2. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

  • All sales are final due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at contact@emmeluxe.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with our service partner to provide a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Cancellations: Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified as production begins immediately.

3. PRODUCT VARIATIONS & PRINT QUALITY

  • Due to the print-on-demand process, slight variations in color, design placement, and sizing may occur.

  • Print colors may appear different on screen versus in print due to monitor settings and printing techniques.

  • If you experience any significant issues with the print quality, please reach out, and we will work with our service partner to resolve the matter.

4. SHIPPING ISSUES & LOST PACKAGES

  • We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

  • If a package is lost in transit, please contact us, and we will work with our service partner to determine a resolution.

  • Ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All Cubicle Couture designs are the exclusive property of EmmeLuxe and cannot be reproduced, resold, or modified for commercial use.

  • Unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • EmmeLuxe is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of our products.

  • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

7. UPDATES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
