The Process

We start the process by scheduling a 15-30 minute Zoom consultation to discuss your project & determine if we are a good fit before moving forward in the process. Please feel free to bring questions & concerns! We are here to help.

You will receive a link to fill out a client questionnaire, which will help us identify your specific business needs. Upon submission of the client questionnaire, you will receive an onboarding email package which will include your proposal, contract, and invoice. After your contract is signed and invoice paid, then your start date will be set.

In this stage, you will receive a moodboard and site layout plan. Once those items are signed off and approved by you, we will design a full mockup of your website.
At this point, you have the option to approve the mockup or suggest edits. There are two draft revisions available before the final web design is complete.

After the final web design is approved, the site is published. You will receive customized training on how to use the website. We also offer a monthly site maintenance package for your business needs.
Our goal is to have a seamless process from start to finish.
